Gut taxonomic composition plots (comparing self versus other)

The two panels below show taxonomic composition plots for yourself and all other individuals in the study, respectively. The x-axis in these plots contains the week number that the samples were taken from so that you can see how the community composition changes over time. The y-axis represents the relative abundance of the specific taxonomic groups.

By default, the Self versus Other plots are positioned side-by-side for easy comparison on wide monitors. If you're having trouble comparing the plots because they are overlapping each other, try clicking the button below to switch to a vertical layout.

The two panels are synchronized such that when you scroll one, the other will also scroll. This makes it easier to compare your results to all other individuals in the study.
